female roommate (there's a chance she won't even be around during that
time)

The apartment is in 12-unit building with a great courtyard and nice
neighbors near the corner of Overland and Palms, great restuarants and
shops in the area, farmers markets nearby every Tuesday and Sunday, 15
minute walk to downtown Culver City, approx. 5 miles to beach, easy
bus to UCLA etc. easy street parking

$700 including all utilities (wireless internet, gas, electric, water)
for the three and a half weeks
