hello friends
here is hopefully one last little email for awhile (i think)
thanks for bearing with me and my artSpa friends for the last month  
of related emails
artSpa was a pretty amazing experience for me, very relaxing,  
enjoyable, special
and i owe a major thanks to everyone who so graciously visited us  
throughout the month, whose presence enlivened, enlightened, and fed  
the artSpa organism and community, all in order to witness some of  
the amazing creative energy and [com]passion currently churning here  
in LA through the bodyspiritminds of some very special artists- 
practitioners-healers-...
already it seems so far away, that month of November, but here are

thanks as well to the amazingly amazing Lara Bank, the creative  
spirit behind Sea and Space Explorations. i'm not sure how many  
people realize (hopefully everyone), but what she has been doing with  
her space is really very special, rare, and in my opinion, very  
necessary. she is truly a facilitator and a healer in gallerist's  
garb, and believes deeply in an art and artist that can help people,  
change people, and more. look out for Sea and Space, and support her  
as she and it continue their explorations together... she's got a  
great holiday fundraiser raffle coming up on Dec 14th, with the  
intention of using all funds to fix the electricity in the space (no  
more smoking sockets), and hopefully also raise enough cash to pay  
for the legal steps necessary to officially become a non-profit  
space. please continue supporting genuine amazingness!!

1. London:  Intimacy: Across visceral and digital performance
7-9 December 2007 in London, England
hosted by Goldsmiths College, LABAN, and The Albany
I'll be performing the participartory group piece, Four Images on  
Friday the 7th in evening
and presenting the participatory installation, [ not ] just because  
we're horny: spin-the-bottle [ & variations ] from my Art as Excuse  
series throughout the day on Sunday the 9th

remember when i used to play math rock? indeed, i do truly miss those  
days (no matter what Ben thinks)
i spent a good portion of my life living and breathing and playing  
great music with great people, and this music (with Ben Davis and  
Gary Flom), despite my incessant rushing, still remains one of the  
more major highlights of my existence
