Would you like to spend some time in a quaint and lovely house in Van Nuys?

We're looking for a sublet for all or part of the following duration:

October 9th-December 17th
(This time frame is somewhat flexible‹we are open to accommodating someone¹s
particular housing needs.)

One bedroom, one bath house surrounded by a large garden (front and
backyard) with a patio that¹s great for early morning tea or outdoor evening
dinner.  On a very quiet, family oriented street with friendly neighbors.
One car gated driveway, plenty of street parking. The house is in close
proximity to the 101, 405, 170 freeways, which can also connect you quickly
to the 134 and the 5. It¹s a 20 minute drive to UCLA, downtown or CALARTS
when there¹s no traffic, and the house is close to the Orange Line.

There¹s a shopping center within walking distance with a Bally¹s Fitness
center and large supermarket, CVS, and other small retail shops and
eateries. We are half a block away from a very nice neighborhood park.
The house is also equipped with internet WiFi.

1200/month. Some money will be deducted if you can do the garden watering.
