with 12 ft ceilings and clerestory skylights. communal kitchen area.
secure building. shared with serious and educated artists who work in
performance/video and painting.
Ideally, we are looking for a showing artist over 30 but we would
consider two people to share the space. lease is month to month with
a one month security deposit
