Thursday,  October 19 at 8pm
Laughter Yoga, with instructor, David Dodge

Come experience a series of breathing practices and simulated  
laughter in what will soon be a storage facility for frozen seafood.   
We won't be freezing, though, we will be laughing!

The acoustical qualities of the Cold Storage space will provide an  
ideal resonant field for the spontaneous generation of laughter and  
playfulness which will echo into the night.  These amazing techniques  
relieve stress, encourage deeper breathing and perhaps most  
importantly help create an incredibly positive group dynamic.

It may be a bit chilly at night so please bring layers of clothing  
and a mat or blanket to lie on.

8pm orientation and 8:30 start time, please be prompt.

Come prepared to laugh!

Cold Storage takes place in the construction site of a 40,000 sq ft  
cold storage building that we very tentatively have access to.  We  
seek artists, writers and musicians to come risk failure and add
