Premiered Sitting.Sangha at INTERCHANGE (26 Sept 2003), and then reperformed it for 'OK Composer' at Calarts (10 Feb 2004). A piece for 8 audience members who track their thoughts with pushbuttons and hence control the activity of custom SuperCollider sound software...

 

INTERCHANGE was my first performance in Los Angeles and was curated by D. Jean Hester. It included collaborative, interactive, multimedia performances and installations by [ Josh Russell, Ilya Monosov, Civyiu Kkliu & D. Jean Hester ], [ Akira Rabelais, Jeremy Quinn and Michele Jaquis ], and [ Adam Overton ], and was held at the Melrose Lightspace, in Los Angeles.
