Mark Allen very graciously invited me to speak to his 2 classes at Pomona College, Intro to Digital Art and Sound Art. It's so much fun talking about the things you love. The Sound Art class was especially great - we had extra time in that session so we kicked things off with a sound-walking activity by Hana van der Kolk, and finished with a collaborative exquisite corpse guided meditation.

I'm excited to announce the official release of artSpa's energy assessment of the Hammer Museum, conducted last Summer!

 

 

In late August & September of 2009, artSpa completed an energy assessment of the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles, produced in partnership with Machine Project, to help kick off a year-long engagement between the two institutions. The assessment employed several artist-intuitives, -psychics, -ghosthunters, and -psychonauts in order to energetically map the Hammer, and to provide suggestions for improving its energetic interface for visitors, spirits, and museum administrators.
